TCP/IP Network Support Analyst sought for my big IT Networks/Security client. They seek a dynamic, intelligent & technically astute Network/Customer Support Analyst with 3 years minimum experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customers on a 1st & 2nd Line basis. Role entails troubleshooting, maintenance, administration and support. Key skills in MOST OF THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS: TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WANs, Protocols & monitoring tools, DNS, DHCP, Proxy Servers etc. ANY OTHER ASSOCIATED SKILLS SUCH AS FIREWALLS, CISCO AND CCNA CERTIFICATION A BONUS, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL! My client wants a team player who is dedicated to supporting internal and external clients, so customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential! Good company benefits on offer. YOU MUST HAVE TCP/IP HANDSHAKE AND CLOSING HANDSHAKE SKILLS to be successful in this role.
